• The minimum order size is ₹10,000. This applies to all purchases, including sample purchases.
• Stock is available only on a setwise basis. Individual items cannot be purchased separately.
• Only items with manufacturing defects will be replaced. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
• The minimum purchase amount for sample purchases is also ₹10,000. This ensures that our customers can evaluate our products comprehensively.

General Terms

• Order Processing: Orders will be processed and dispatched only after the minimum order requirement is met and payment is confirmed.
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at the time of order placement. Cash On Delivery(COD) option is not available at all. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the location and size of the order. Customers will be informed of these details upon order confirmation.
• Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Any claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Limitation of Liability: Soha Fashion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
